Subsidies
Singapore Citizen children in infant care and childcare may receive the Basic Subsidy and, depending on household income, the Additional Subsidy from the Early Childhood Development Agency.
Student care fees may be supported through ComCare Student Care Fee Assistance. We will guide you through the application. eligibility to be confirmed

Documents are checked in person. We never ask for NRIC or birth certificate numbers on this website.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is Child at Street 11 only for lower-income families?
No. Admission is need-blind, and children from families of every income level, background and learning ability learn together here.
What are your opening hours?
Infant care and childcare run from 7am to 7pm on weekdays and 7am to 2pm on Saturdays. Student care runs from 1.30pm to 7pm in term time and 7am to 7pm in the school holidays. We are closed on public holidays.
When should my child arrive and leave?
Please bring your child in by 9am and collect after 5pm, so the core learning time is uninterrupted.
Are meals vegetarian?
Yes. Our kitchen serves fresh vegetarian meals, cooked on site.
Which languages will my child learn?
Children learn in English alongside Chinese, Malay and Tamil.
Do you welcome children with additional needs?
Yes. Children with special rights learn in the same classrooms as their friends. Tell us about your child when you apply, so we can plan together.
What are the educator to child ratios?
Infant care 1 to 5; Playgroup 1 to 8; Nursery 1, 1 to 12; Nursery 2, 1 to 15; Kindergarten 1, 1 to 20; Kindergarten 2, 1 to 25; student care 1 to 20.
